Personal information we collect from you

  • We do not collect any information on your visits to our Website and do not use any information for marketing purposes.
  • Only upon your explicit consent when applying for a role advertised by Peachy Crowd Ltd we may hold the information you provided for the duration the role is advertised and open.
  • This information is what you provide in your CV and may include but are not limited to: your First name, Last name, your present and past, Job titles, Contact email address, Telephone number.
  • If you contact us via email, we will keep a record of that correspondence for up to 12 months.
  • We will never use your personal information to send you direct marketing via email and other communication means.
  • We will only retain your name and contact information subject to your explicit consent should you wish us to inform you about future roles or opportunities you are interested in.
  • We never store cookies or web tracking information about you.
  • Our Website provider Squarespace collects anonymous visit information but never stores any personal information.    

How we use your personal information


Your personal information we hold is limited to the information you consent to and provide to us.  It will be collected and handled by us for the following purposes:

  • to represent you and provide you with the best recruitment and or consultancy services you expect from us.
  • to help you secure a new opportunity and respond to your request or questions when you contact us.
  • to transfer data to clients we represent (see third parties below) 
  • where necessary, to comply with any legal obligation; and
  • we may also process your information to: 

1      investigate or respond to incidents and complaints

2    comply with obligations and rights and cooperate with investigations carried out by the police, government or regulators.


What does the law say about this?


Our use of your information as described above is permitted by applicable data protection law because it is: 

  • necessary for our legitimate interests to provide the recruitment or consultancy services to you. 
  • in some cases, necessary to meet our legal or regulatory responsibilities, such as disclosures to authorities, regulators or government bodies.
  • The law states that data must be;

1)    processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner;

2)    collected only for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes;

3)    adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purpose for which it is collected;

4)    accurate and kept up to date;

5)    kept for no longer than is necessary; and

6)    kept securely.

  • Our data privacy policy and data retention processes complies with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GPDR) that came into effect on 25th May 2018.  This gives you greater control over any personal data that is gathered and stored about you.


Do you have to provide us with any personal information we ask for?


You will never need to provide any personal information to us when browsing our static website.  However, when applying for a role that we represent and advertise on behalf our clients, we cannot progress your application without some personal information that you will to provide within your CV.

Personal data – This is any information relating to you as an individual or information that can be used to directly or indirectly identify you.  We will only ever hold personal data that you provide to us within your CV.

Special Category data – We will never collect or retain any special category data.


How long do you keep my personal information for?


We will keep the information provided by you to us only for the duration of the open vacancy to meet our business, legal or regulatory responsibilities.  After the advertised vacancy is closed we delete any personal information.

We will explicitly ask for consent to retain only the following information:

First Name

Last Name

Email Address

Contact phone number

This limited personal information we will retain securely to contact you in the future should you wish to hear from us.

Sharing with third parties


To enable us to provide the recruitment or consultancy services to you we will disclose only your personal information contained within your CV to third parties (clients we represent).  We will ask for your explicit consent to do this.

The recipient clients we represent will only have access to your personal information as required by them to fulfil their recruitment needs.  These recipients will be subject to contractual confidentiality obligations but are responsible for their own data protection policies. 

We may share the information with government or law enforcement authorities if we determine in our sole discretion that we are under a legal obligation to do so.

Where your personal information stored


As explained in the “Sharing with third parties” paragraph above, we share your personal information only with clients we represent and only upon your explicit consent.

We always endeavour to take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your personal information is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy.

Data Security


Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, you should be aware that the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to any third party; for this reason, any transmission is at your own risk.

We use strict operational procedures and adequate, technical and security measures to prevent any unauthorised access, change, deletion or transmission of this personal information.

Your rights. How you can access, correct and delete your personal information


Under applicable data protection laws, you have the following rights:

  • Right to access and obtain a copy of your personal information: You are entitled to request confirmation whether we process any of your personal information. Where this is the case, you may have access to your personal information and to certain information about how it is processed.   • Right to be forgotten/have data deleted:  You have the right to have your personal data deleted. You may make such a request at any time and Peachy Crowd will evaluate if your request should be granted, however this right is subject to any legal rights or obligations we may have to retain data. For situations where, in accordance with the law, we determine that your request to have your personal information deleted must be granted, Peachy Crowd will do so without any delay.

Our processing of your personal information is based on your consent, you also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing based on your consent before the receipt of such withdrawal.

Marketing communications


We will not send out any general marketing communications to you via email or other communication means where you have not consented that we may do so.

Upon your explicit consent, we will contact you in the future regarding potential roles or opportunities.

The terms of this Policy may change from time to time. We shall publish any changes to this Policy and publish this on our website.
